Guest：Hotel in posizione ottima e super pulito comodo e personale super gentile , fronte mare quindi con una vista magnifica a 10 minuti di auto da porto fino e mezz’ora. Da sestri levante colazione molto varia e al top!!!

Minuses: the staff on the beach is very unpleasant, hotel guests who came only to swim for half an hour without buying a sunbed are asked to leave things almost on the road and are forbidden to sit on a towel by the sea for 5 minutes. I'm sorry, but visiting mostly 5 star hotels - this is the first time I've met with such an attitude.
Guest：Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.
