  • Guest：Comfortable and distinctive atmosphere. Superb restaurant, excellent breakfast also. Highly recommended.
  • Guest：Beautiful hotel & property, however for the price point & luxury hotel status I did not find staff (other than bell hops) to be very customer service oriented. I’ve received much better service in lower rated status hotels. In room one sink drain was stuck so draining, shampoo & conditioners were either not filled or pump broken as you could only get barely get any out & no turn down service which should be standard at this hotel class.
  • Guest：Basic room is enormous at over 45m sq and has huge comfortable bed, large bedroom, separate hallway with large spacious dressing room and large spacious bathroom with shower and bath separate. My only slight criticism would be the pillows on the bed. Not your typical 5 star down and feather combo but a hollow fibre style that wasn’t as comfortable or luxurious. Still pretty good.
  • Guest：Hotel is beautiful. Extremely clean and well kept. We stayed during mid term break and struggled to get a booking in bar for dinner so had to eat in Enniskerry. Some work going on in the spa changing rooms which detracted from experience. Hotel itself and staff amazing throughout.
