Guest：Extremely reasonable prices (and they gave me an upgrade without having to ask), clean, excellent location in historic city center close to stores and boutiques. Convenient pay parking a block away.
Guest：We had a junior suite with a small bathroom dividing the living room from the bedroom. The shower is very small but the towels are plush and the mattress is good. Unfortunately no lotion nor conditioner provided though they do have cotton swabs and bar soap. The breakfast is simple and ask for vegan croissants if you want. Great location at the edge of the shopping street which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Inexpensive parking a few steps away and the people are so nice!

The hotel is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had. The room was very clean, comfortable, and elegant, offering a peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh and high-quality options, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt both classic and warm. This hotel truly enhanced our experience in Grosseto. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location.
