Guest：Wifi was very slow
Guest：We expected more from the 4 star hotel. Our room was comfortable and well cleaned when we arrived. We decided to eat at our hotel's restaurant, but the experience was uncomfortable. The arrogant butler made us feel unwelcome. During our five-day stay, we luckily found other restaurants in Bistrita, where we were served kindly. The hotel receptionists did their job well. They greeted and were friendly and helpful. Our second big surprise was the cleaning. We came on Sunday, there was a cleaner in our room on Monday, but not after that. On Thursday, I went to the reception to ask for more toilet paper, which was arranged quickly, but even the only trash, in our apartment's deluxe suite, was not emptied.
