Guest：I was extremely satisfied with the service and the kindness of the staff, especially at the reception. I would like to give special thanks to Giada, who went above and beyond to help me prepare all the necessary documents for the police after we were unfortunately robbed at an outlet the day before. Her professionalism, patience, and support made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
Guest：Very friendly and competent staff – THANK YOU! Rooms are clean, Rooms are quiet. Really great breakfast, pancakes, different croissant and sweets with chocolate/ creme..., fruits, yogurt, good cheese, salat, juice, eggs... Electric charging station for the electric car. Restaurants are "close" 5-15 minutes' walk to town center. 25-30 minutes to the airport, highway connection. Outlet center is on the other site of the roundabout; you could walk there if you forgot something at home or searching for a present.

The staff were absolutely delightful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
