Guest：Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Ansitz Jakoberhof e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccezionale. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, elegante e accogliente, capace di far sentire gli ospiti subito a proprio agio. La cucina merita una menzione speciale: piatti di altissima qualità, preparati con grande attenzione e gusto, che rendono ogni pasto un vero piacere. Le camere sono ampie, confortevoli e molto ben arredate, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa tra natura e benessere. Fantastica anche l’area wellness, davvero completa e rilassante, ideale per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi completamente. In generale siamo stati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista: servizio, atmosfera e qualità superano ogni aspettativa. Senza dubbio, è stata la migliore struttura che abbiamo mai frequentato. Un soggiorno che consigliamo assolutamente e che speriamo di ripetere presto.
Guest：Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt ca. 1,5 km vom Ortskern von St. Ulrich und übererfüllte alle von uns gesetzten Erwartungen. Dafür schon einmal ein Dankesch?n an unsere Gastgeber inklusive Service-, Reinigungs- und Küchenpersonal. Die Zimmer sind sauber, heimatverbunden ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon im 2. OG auf St. Ulrich perfekt. Klitzekleine Kleinigkeiten k?nnten perfektioniert werden ( Kamera im Skikeller), sind aber nur eine Randerscheinung. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr ausgewogen und das 4. G?nge Menü am Abend perfekt und sehr abwechslungsreich über die Woche verteilt. Unsere Gastgeber boten sogar eine regionale Weinverkostung an, welche wir dankend annahmen. Das war nur der Bonus. Für unseren Skiurlaub brauchten wir den Bus für die Anbindung zu den Talstationen. Leider waren die Busfahrer etwas ?unkonzentriert“ bei den Haltestellen oder kannten die Haltepunkte nicht wirklich. Das sollte dennoch - auch wenn es nix mit dem Hotel zu tun hat - erw?hnt werden. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Angebot von Preis-Leistung. Wir hoffen, n?chsten Jahr wieder G?ste sein zu dürfen.
Guest：Sono diversi anni che vado in vacanza a Ortisei ma questo hotel ha deluso le mie aspettative. Il proprietario e' veramente antipatico e scortese, cerca anche di fare il simpatico ma peggiora la situazione. Non lo consiglio anche per la posizione troppo isolata e la cena offre di rado piatti tipici della tradizione sudtirolese
