Guest：We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in April 2022. The location was great, very close to Kizilay and the city center. The lobby was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. First 3 nights we stayed in a room at the back of building where the sound of music of bar was so annoying. We asked them to change our room and they kindly changed our room to the front side of the hotel which was quieter. Housekeeping was very good and they clean our room every day. They charge water, tea, shampoo and change towels. There is just a weakness about both rooms, which none of them was non-smoking and they smell cigarette too much. Actually, the Pros of hotel was its breakfast which was various and fresh. It has both cold and warm items and the staff of the restaurant were very welcoming. To sum up, it was an average stay.
