Guest：We stayed 5 nights and must say we are very disappointed with the overall experience. - room not clean on arrival - stray cats roaming the lobby. - very poor wifi, only works well in lobby area. - Found it difficult to communicate with majority of staff . English training required ! - Location not ideal. - Pool area ok ! - Room ok need to improve bathroom , ( shower is in bath tub leaking taps etc ) A below average hotel.
Guest：No tea/coffee making facilities in room, or available outside of breakfast times. Room initially had no working aircon, no TV remote, although this was remedied. All TV channels in Spanish, no other languages catered for.
Guest：Esplendor is located in the Arena Maipu a casino leisure complex some half an hour from Mendoza. As such it is blessed with amenities but not in the heart of the city. Nonetheless location is good for wineries. The hotel is well looked after and run by excellent attentive staff. It was a pleasure being there and we will certainly stay there again.
