Guest：Beautiful hotel situated between the vineyards of the Barolo wines. Very spacious clean rooms with all facilities. Helpful staff at the reception which speak very well English and German. Restaurant with nice menus from fresh ingredients.
Guest：The hotel is located in a beautiful context and looks beautiful from the outside and in common areas. The restaurant is really, really good and recommended. Unfortunately the rooms (at least the room I aas assigned) completely kill the beauty of the experience. Poorly furnished with old and poorly mainted furniture and especially smelling like it was built directly on a sewer. Since I was staying only for one night I did not complain, locked the bathroom door (bad smell was coming from the bathroom) and coped with it. But taking a shower in the morning was a very painful experience.

Guest：We booked the most expensive suite, for two nights. The suite itself was large and very clean, however, the view is of a roof before you look beyond to see some beauty. The food for dinner was outstanding, as was our server! The problem, for us, was the service upon check-in. We had bags and our own car. There was no offer to help with bags, and no explanation about where to park. We were told we could pull the car up and THEN learned from another employee there was underground parking, which was great! Finally, two employees stepped up and brought a requested bottle of wine and were very kind. Soooooo, perhaps on any other day service may have been outstanding. We travel throughout Italy each year, by car, and this place was one of the worst experiences, for the cost.
