Guest：????? Un très bon h?tel à tous les niveaux, une expérience très très très bonne en termes de propreté, de confort, d’accueil et de qualité des services. Le personnel est professionnel, serviable et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour agréable du début à la fin. Un remerciement particulier au sous directeur, Monsieur Hassine sbiha, pour son professionnalisme, son amabilité et son souci constant du bien-être des clients. Une personne qui mérite tout le respect et la reconnaissance. Je recommande vivement cet h?tel et je reviendrai sans hésitation
Guest：I have rated the hotel 3 stars, however I would rate Tunisia zero stars. I feel that I need to warn other travellers about the experience we had. We like to explore outside of the hotels we visit and, for context, we have been to Morocco 3 times and many other destinations all over the world. We have never experienced this level of scamming, fraud and exploitation. Every time we left the hotel we were lied to from taxi drivers telling us places were shut so that they could take us somewhere else and charge lots more money, to being lied to about currency in shops, being told payments hadn’t went through, charging us double what was being quoted , being approached by ‘the police’ (not) being approached by ‘someone who works in our hotel’ (not). All of which is VERY SCARY AND INTIMIDATING to the point where I asked my husband to take me back to the hotel and not go out again. We love exploring the souk in Marrakesh which we found impossible here. The hotel itself was fine, we paid for a star prestige sea view room, our first room looked straight onto another building with a tiny bit of sea visible through some trees (see picture), I complained and had to wait till morning to be moved so could not unpack. The upstairs lounge was very run down and grubby and was always full, the outside one was miles from any where so we didn’t use it. There is no separate check in desk as advertised. The sports bar was shut as was the beach bar. The best thing about the hotel is the a la carte restaurant where the staff were lovely and food was great. We would not go back to Tunisia and would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere where they do not take advantage of tourists who do not know the language/area/currency.
Guest：O meu quarto foi o 392 e a senhora que me arrumava o quarto todos os dias era a Rawdha. Sempre muito criativa, fez trabalhos espetaculares com toalhas, flores e alguns adere?os. Muito muito simpática e ainda me ensinou algumas palavras da sua língua. Quarto impecável. Rawdha és a melhor! Obrigada por tudo.
Guest：Perfect from start to finish Beautiful, quiet location, amazing food choices, rooms comfortable with enormous beds Staff were so attentive, polite and helpful Pools were clean and peaceful, always found sunbeds no problem Buffet Restaurant: loads of choice, fresh bread was amazing Easy to walk into the marina, and shops Taxis available outside the hotel Don't listen to any negative reviews, this was easily our favourite location to date. Highly recommended hotel
