Guest：We stopped here for just one night on our way from Nothern Ireland to Waterford As we were going to visit Bunratty castle the following day before continuing our trip, this B+B was just on the right spot. I had to let Diedre know that we were going to arrive later than expected and she was vey kind to it. The room was spacious and great at the front of the house. Very clean but the only down side I have to say is that the bathroom was tiny and the fan very noisy. My partner is very tall and it was not easy for him. We could even hear the fan from next room and in the middle of the nigh, this was not ideal. Breakfast was very good and coffee kept coming in. We can't live without coffee I extremely recomend this place though
Guest：Deidre and her family have created the perfect B&B. We stayed two nights when we arrived into the Shannon airport and wandered around Limerick. The breakfasts were wonderful, no "hungry henrys" here! Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was perfect for the two of us. (We know not to expect huge bathrooms in Ireland!) The house itself is lovely, and it was wonderful to walk down the lanes to see the countryside. We enjoyed meeting the other guests at breakfast. I highly recommend Avarest B&B.
Guest：Deirdre was an amazing host, so professional and friendly. We had an amazing breakfast, clean plates all round. Ideally located for Shannon airport as nd lots of places to visit nearby. Only a small thing but no tea/coffee making facilities n the bedroom. Was dying for a cuppa before bed??.
Guest：Our group of six only spent 1 night at the Avarest Bunratty B&B in May 2023 but wish it had been more. It is a gorgeous country house only a short drive from Shannon Airport. We had one room in the main house and a massive family room in the side wing. The beds were very comfortable and the large bathrooms had all the necessary amenities along with wonderful showers. There are also cute bunnies in the back garden. Breakfast was delicious, with the highlight being a full Irish but several other hot options on offer. They were able to accommodate the food allergies of our group and provide both gluten free and nut free options. Deirdre is an absolute gem of a host. She helped our driver figure out where to take us for dinner the night we arrived and coordinated taxi rides for us to get to the airport in the morning. Absolutely recommend a stay at Avarest Bunratty B&B if visiting the area near Shannon and Limerick.
