  • Guest：A wonderful and comfortable environment that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The lovely staff, on 2 legs and 4 legs, are attentive and lovely. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of amenities around the hotel for ease, as well as in the local area which is close to lots of things. Would absolutely stay again, a hotel worthy of it's award winning status.
  • Guest：Stayed at The Ashleigh as me and my friends had a concert at the BIC! The rooms were very tidy and the bedding was super soft. You got some toiletries for the shower with the room which was amazing as I had forgotten mine at home! Little welcome basket in the room was brilliant with all the towels and even slippers inside! All hygienic and clean. Resident dog managers Jet and Sage were super friendly and I know my own dog would have loved them if she would have been with me. Human manager Lucy was also very welcoming and helpful when it came time for us to book taxis to the concert venue, would not have been able to sort it without her local expertise! Had a brilliant nights sleep as it was very quiet even though there was people in all the rooms! Hotel is located near shops so it's easy to walk to and from the shop if you need any bits or snacks :)
  • Guest：We have stayed at this dog friendly hotel several times. Lucy is always happy and welcoming and always makes a fuss of our furry friends. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There is everything you and your furry pups need for a weekend away. The dogs get their own welcome pack with named gifts and treats to take away. Breakfast is perfect and well cooked with plenty of choice. It’s like home from home.
