Guest：No buffet breakfast.we are vegetarian and they raised bill on us for veg breakfast even though our package include breakfast. Ac was not cooling an after complaning they were not serious to solve.v unprofessional staff roaming in shorts and home wear Cleanliness was terrible outside dustbins lying here and there Dont waste money here and trip.com should stop posting properties like this to avoid their customer being cheated after paying such good amount
Guest：Pros: The deluxe family room was spacious. Staff are nice and accommodating. Food is great. I love the tranquility. The whole stretch of the beach is accessible, you can visit other areas Cons (but not a total dealbreaker): There were some trash on the beach, pool is too deep (starts at 6 ft), some guests are bringing wireless speakers so it ruins the tranquility.
Guest：Service is nice. View is wonderful. Beach front and beach has white sand. We love the quiet ambiance and the view every morning is breathtaking. We just had a problem with the toilet flush and the shower. That’s why we were transferred the next day. They don’t have their own shuttle but you can ask them to book a service vehicle or tuktuk for you. We enjoyed our stay despite issues with the comfort room.
