Guest：For the price this hotel gave me everything I wanted. Great location, decent room, balcony with stunning view and free breakfast. It's a bit tired around the edges and the rooms may be variable though but if you get a good room it's a great deal.

Guest：Pictures of the hotel & rooms sold us a dream, a dream that turned into a nightmare upon arrival. Looked very good from the outside, and in reception, but the rooms were quite the opposite. Severely dated decor throughout after stepping out of the lift to our floor, this followed into our rooms, none of which had a balcony yet where ‘superior’ rooms. Breakfast was terrible, overpriced, and would only recommend eating out instead if you must stay here. Facilities-wise also shared the same feeling, booked a Hammam/sauna/massage for 3 people and was a complete waste of money. Hammam was not a Hammam but a 2 minute scrub and rinse and the sauna was just a slightly warm room which had a sauna coal feature piece which provided no purpose. Reception staff were quite unhelpful and did not carry the right welcoming attitude. 2/10, 2 marks were for the housekeeping staff for making sure our rooms were in order when we were out and about.
