Guest：This was our best 6 days restfull holiday ever. The food was amazing. As a Tamil who has been overseas for 48 years, I really appreciated the chef going out of his way to cook all the different dishes I requested for breakfast and dinner. The junior suite was spacious, had a comfortable bed, sports channels streaming and excellent room service. The rooms were cleaned and refreshed everyday to the highest standard. The service excellent throughout the hotel and was with a smile. Being quiet season, the weather was mild and we had the pool to ourselves for lap swimming By the time we left, we felt as though we were part of the family. We missed the hospitality when we arrived at a 5 star hotel in Colombo for 4 nights. Hopefully we will return one day.

Guest：Our first 3 nights in Sri Lanka. What a fantastic opportunity for starting your stay in Sri Lanka. A high class service at an affordable price. The staff are so friendly and they cannot do enough for you, but are also discrete enough to leave you be. The rooms are well apportioned. We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking the pool and lagoon. Wonderful experience. Spacious, relaxing quiet. A balcony for an even sit out, Jacuzzi style bath overlooking lagoon to relax in. Perfectly clean, tidy and safe. A lovely pool for a morning or evening dip. a fairly easy access (if you want it) into Trincomolee for sightseeing (about 10-15 mins in a tuk-tuk). Great facilities at the resort, activities if you want them, a spa and therapy service, and a lovely bar area. But the stand out really has to be the exceptional staff. Whether the Manager, Reception, Housestaff, Chefs, bar staff and waiters and the supporting actors such as groundsmen; all were so unbelievably friendly and helpful and just focussed on making our stay so absolutely special and wonderful. It was an amazing, self indulgent, up market experience that set a very high bar and was the perfect start to our journey around Sri Lanka. It is the place to be in Trincomolee!
