Guest：Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia due notti in questa struttura molto bella stanze comode e confortevoli, molto silenzio ideale per staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano. Sono rimasta delusa e magari lo lascio come suggerimento, quello di adeguare tutte le stanze non solo le suite con il servizio della macchina del caffè in camera: credo che non sia un costo eccessivo per la struttura dotare le stanze di una macchina espressa e avrei pagato volentieri qualcosa in più pur di averla. Ottima colazione e personale gentile.
Guest：Bellissimo posto circondato da un parco, le camere si trovano riunite intorno ad una corte interna. molto bella la parte in cui si fa la colazione. Il resort si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dalle Terme dei Papi. Bella la suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato, ma poco dopo esserci sistemati ci siamo resi conto che non solo non avevamo acqua calda per lavarci, ma che non potevamo utilizzare la jacuzzi (la suite era stata prenotata per quel motivo). Siamo subito andati alla reception a chiedere spiegazioni , ma abbiamo capito che il problema c'era già prima che noi arrivassimo e nei due giorni che siamo stati li non è stato risolto. Devo dire che ci hanno scontato la camera del 50%, ma avrei preferito che ce lo avessero comunicato immediatamente e spostati in un altro posto.
Guest：Absolutely lovely. Quiet- only 20 rooms all off a large central court. Peaceful. Staff very attentive to guests. Huge room- actually a suite with a bedroom and living room. Wonderful food , parklike setting. Close to all attractions. Highly recommend without hesitation.
Guest：I read a few reviews raving about service. In our case, in early July, it really depended on who was providing service. The front desk was not very helpful at all... they would answer questions, but never give an alternative. However, the food serving staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to provide the best. My examples of bad service by the office: ? check in - no offer to carry luggage in, provide cart etc. ? Paid for the 'food plan', and was never advised that it's the same menu every night (make sure you like fish) ? Two days in a row the pool bar either did not open or opened late. The front desk never gave an option on what do to for a drink... in fact was told that there is nothing served unless it's meal time. Meanwhile, serving staff were more than happy to offer alternatives and provide. ? You're on your own to open those large umbrellas... some people struggled to get them open. ? Sign in our room said "Enjoy our robe and slippers". We only had slippers in the room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told you don't get robes. I would not go back
