Guest：The hotel staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The service was excellent! We also loved the food served at breakfast! We loved the pools, spa and the view of the city from our room. We took advantage of the breathtaking beach! Thank you Princess Munro Imperial for making our vacation one to remember! Thank you for your warm hospitality! If we are ever in Acapulco again, we’ll be happy to be one of your guests at Princess and we are also eager to visit your other locations! Hasta luego!
Guest：This place is still recovering from the hurricane but in good condition. It is under new ownership and there is a lot of work going on. The great staff makes up for any deficiencies. Two issues... there really isn't any place on property that serves dinner except a very average sushi place. Also it can be a bit noisy. in the end i had seven very pleasant days there.

Guest：Food quality not good. Service in general is bad, 30 to 40 minutes of waiting just to have breakfast. Buffet very poor and basic… at the swimming pool the order takes 30 to 40 minutes to arrive….
