Guest：very friendly and efficient staff
Guest：Very good hotel A very good hotel. Centrally located and close to many restaurants.
Guest：I stayed here for 2 weeks in September/October 2025 and here are my observations: Good things: In general a really good hotel. It is clean. It is relatively quiet. The air-conditioning in the room is effective and the warm water in the shower is of satisfactory temperature and pressure. The breakfast is decent. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with many good restaurants right around the corner, grocery store close by etc. Bad things: First of all the WiFi speed is really bad. It seems to be capped at 5mbit/s. The range is good, with me having good reception basically everywhere in the hotel and their gardens, but the speed? I'm quite disappointed by it. Working from the hotel is possible, just don't expect to use any big files because you will be waiting forever for them to download. I previously stated the staff is great. Which they are. Unless you order anything food or drinks related. In the piano bar it takes absolutely forever to get food. But worse than that, when it's time to get the bill to sign it to the room it regularly takes 15 minutes. Just to get the bill! In the end I asked for the bill the moment I ordered my food, in that case the bill came when the food arrived and I didn't have to wait for it. This is not only the case with food but when you only have drinks as well. To be honest it's better to go down to the other restaurants which are both cheaper and faster. In general a good experience. If the hotel fixes those 2 things it would get a full 5 stars.
Guest：The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. I felt really welcome from check in to check out. The room was so tidy and quiet and the breakfast was amazing. They serve really good coffee. The location is also great with good restaurants nearby. I had an ultimate rest because the bed was soooo good.
