  • Guest：The menu card on the internet was not the same as in the restaurant

  • Guest：Nice place but bad service super nice hotel. after a long trip we had been looking forward to a good evening in the garden restaurant but there was no room before 8.30pm so we ended up getting room service. together with 2 other couples we waited 15-20 minutes in the bar to get service. immediately the priority was somewhere else than at the hotel guests. Service on arrival was good though.
  • Guest：Well placed for exploring Celle Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was very close to the town Center - so as a hotel from which to explore Celle, it was great. We were in the original building (16th century), as opposed to the modern extension. The ceilings were very low, and there was a bit of a smell from the bathroom.
