Guest：Unhelpful front desk staff but breakfast staff were terrific. The gym was a major disappointment for a brand new hotel. The water was empty, there were no towels, and the peloton bike was not hooked up to the Wi-Fi so it was not usable. Also the water fountain in the hallway for refilling bottle bottles had an expired filter for the three days we were there. The room itself was excellent, but these smaller details do matter as they were the reason I booked the hotel.
Guest：Unable to connect to TV in bedrooms because management has not connected it and when asked the front desk, the also said there was no fix. There for TVs were restricted to basic cable options. Pool and water slide were fun for the kiddos and the staff were very responsive. Room was clean and tub was quite large.
Guest：Our stay was great! The room was surprisingly big and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great as well. The breakfast was okay but did not have much selection of fresh fruit. Overall it was very cozy and we would stay again
Guest：Staff was courteous. Unfortunately they have patrons that like to set off the fire alarms. There are covers you can get that sound a smaller alarm that may help deter them from being pulled. Quite scary for children to here.
