Guest：The Advenire is a fantastic stay. I have stayed there a half a dozen times for business. Its got a great restaurant and some solid places to eat within walking distance. Best hotel in St. George!
Guest：We loved our stay at The Advenire. We only stayed one night, but we had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the front desk attendant, Louis. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and smelled wonderful. The hotel itself has valet parking only for $22 a night, but you can also park across the street in a free structure if needed. We splurged and ordered breakfast in bed, and the portions were huge. The food was wonderful as well. It is very walkable to several places for shopping or eating, though we drove up St. George Blvd for a sit-down restaurant offsite for dinner. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would both recommend the hotel and stay again.
Guest：There's no on sight parking, they do have overpriced valet parking and a public parking garage about a block away. The lobby was very nice and the staff was courteous. The room was in fairly good condition. The lamp in the corner was busted. The cabinet door for dresser unit was also ever so slightly broken. The shower was nice, however, the showerhead was about 30% clogged with calcium buildup. Despite the amenities listing a soundproof room and Netflix, people in the hallway and other rooms could easily be heard and you were required have your own Netflix account and sign in with it to use it. It didn't feel like a $360 room(which is what I paid), more like a $200-$250 room.
