  • Guest：?t’s vere good hotel.Everything in Theron hotel are better then mu expection.Foods are excellent.I would like to come again on the sommer season.The water temperature was not enough for termal pool in my opinnion.
  • Guest：The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Receptionist were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our family friend who complained that their room smelt like sewage, we had read reviews about some rooms having a bad smell but hoped it was a rare chance occurrence. But our family friends sadly got to experience the stench first hand which set the tone for the rest of the trip. The lack of understanding and compassion by reception staff exasperated the disappointment further. We were told we could enjoy a dinner reservation at one of the a la carte restaurants and were instructed booking commences at 10am. Everyday we would attempt to book but were told they were not taking booking as they were overbooked…. Which meant we couldn’t escape the dreaded flavourless dinners. If you’re happy to live on chips and pizza then don’t worry there is plenty! I do have to say that this hotel is fun for kids and very child friendly. Restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, unlike reception. There seems to be a tier system and the higher the staff member ranked the more rude they came across. I have been to better hotels in Bodrum and Antalya that are both child friendly and accommodating in every sense
  • Guest：Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.
  • Guest：庭に御悪寒プール、海岸線が近く、溫水プールもあり、楽しみました。いいホテルです。また訪問してみたいですね。
