  • Guest：The room was very spacious and a lovely large shower in the ensuite. But the shower wasnt very powerful and took a while to get hot. The carpet under the window was rather dirty and quite a few crumbs over it too. The bed was very comfy and bedding was clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent and of good quality. We might stay again .
  • Guest：We found this gem 12 months ago and have just completed our 3rd visit,our longest stay of 7 nights, 2 spent in Room 10 with peaceful rear view, the rest in seaview Room 8. Everybody walking past looks up to take photo's of this fantastic guest house with its beautiful colourful flowers. The staff are welcoming, friendly, unobrusive and go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. The vast selection of fresh breakfast items are cooked with your own choices. The views from the garden are stunning looking past the pier, across the sea with the Little Orme in the distance. The same views can be seen from the bar, where you can keep a tab open for the duration of your stay with their honesty bar policy, where a vast selection of wines, spirits, beers, ciders, soft drinks, chocolate and snacks are paid for at the end of your stay. We will always return here each year. You will not be disappointed.
  • Guest：A lovely guest house with nice friendly staff and a good breakfast with plenty of choice.The views over the Bay from the rooms are exceptional,however there are a lot of steps at the front of the property which is not ideal.
  • Guest：This was our 3rd stay at the view. As always, room was very clean and comfortable & the family who own the property are very welcoming. The breakfast is superb. We would not stay anywhere else, they work so hard to make your stay a relaxing one.
