  • Guest：O hotel tem um ambiente tranquilo e um nome que sugere descanso, mas a experiência ficou bastante aquém disso. O quarto tinha uma janela enorme virada para a rua. Ou se fechava totalmente a cortina black-out e ficava noite completa dentro do quarto, ou se abria e a privacidade desaparecia por completo. Ficámos num quarto virado para a estrada, em frente a um prédio em constru??o, e a partir das 8h da manh? o barulho é constante. Pedi para mudar de quarto e o processo foi desgastante: primeiro era preciso falar com uma pessoa específica, depois o sistema n?o estava a funcionar, mais tarde falaram numa possível troca com “extra” enquanto “iam ver”. Acabei por desistir. O atendimento na rece??o deixa a desejar — a comunica??o é fria, como se o cliente estivesse a pedir um favor. Em contraste, as raparigas do pequeno-almo?o s?o simpáticas. O pequeno-almo?o é fraco; acabei por comer apenas ovos cozidos. O espa?o exterior é calmo e dá para descansar nas espregui?adeiras, mas para quem procura um sítio realmente pensado para descansar, n?o foi a escolha certa.
  • Guest：I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely wonderful—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, which made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. What really sets this place apart is its unique decoration. The vintage design elements, especially the old car featured as part of the décor, give the hotel a charming, nostalgic atmosphere that you don’t find everywhere. It feels like staying in a place with real character and history. Overall, a beautifully designed hotel with great food and lovely staff. I would happily stay here again
  • Guest：The hotel its self is really nice and relaxing, however it is everything else we dealt with whilst on the trip that has lowered the rating. It rained on the first night which can’t be avoided! Once it rained the ceiling in our room began to leak, after this we was moved eventually into another room. Once in the new room it began to leak under the door and through window seal. When we told reception they provided towels and made us clean up the mess ourselves! On the last morning we woke up to complete room flood, water everywhere on the floor and even soaking our suitcase. We told reception at 7am and after 3 trips to remind reception they eventually got a cleaned to dry the floor 2 hours later! The overall hotel is nice however these things really ruined it for us. The staff were very slow and at times the female staff were very rude and not welcoming.
  • Guest：The staff is very professional and helpful. Their English is perfect, and their manners are exceptional. We stayed in a large, very clean room. The bed was soft, and the sheets made me feel very comfortable. We also had a fridge and a safe in the room. Breakfast offered a good variety of bread, fruits, and pastries, but the cooked cachupa and scrambled eggs are a must-try! The swimming pool and lounge chairs are excellent — perfect for relaxing after breakfast or at the end of the day. I only didn’t give 5 stars because the TV didn’t work, and we didn’t have hot water for a day. Hopefully, the hotel has fixed the problem by now.
