  • Guest：This guest house is quaint and lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The owners take great care of the property and were extraordinarily helpful. The breakfast was ample and good and the conservatory looking out on the garden was a lovely spot for the meal. The City Centre is close (about .5 mile), as is the pick up spot for many tours. I absolutely recommend this guest house and would definitely stay here again.
  • Guest：We had an absolutely fantastic stay and Richard was a great host. The guesthouse is family driven, small and very cosy, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and even more so enjoyed with a view to a beautiful garden. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice location also, a short walk to the city. We would love to come back
  • Guest：Beautiful guest house and accommodating place to stay. Richard is extremely responsive in answering questions about the area and making absolutely sure you have every detail taken care of. The area where you have breakfast has a open view of a stunning garden that sets the tone for the day. Room was comfortable and well cared for. Superb customer service. Highly recommended.
  • Guest：What a hidden gem! We loved everything about our stay at St. Ann’s House. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms have showers only and are very well appointed. Coffee, tea and biscuits were supplied and replenished daily. Richard is a wonderful host! He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We missed our check-in time because we were stuck in traffic for over an hour. But he met us at the front door with a smile. The breakfast is fabulous with many delicious choices. Hot breakfast was cooked to order. Inverness is a great walkable city with nice restaurants. Be sure to book ahead - we were turned away from many restaurants because we didn’t have a reservation. We found a great pub called Gellions which had cold beer and live Scottish music. Seemed like the place to go for the locals. It was great! We would definitely go back to Inverness and St. Anne’s House.
