  • Guest：Nice hotel offering excellent value for money in central Tirana, a 5 minute walk from the airport bus drop-off point. Sits away from the main road which cuts out most of the traffic noise. Has a peaceful garden room on the ground floor surrounded by greenery. Our room had the usual facilities as expected in a European hotel Sarand was cleaned daily to a high standard. The buffet breakfast choices were plentiful and served in an area with ample space. A major plus here is the quality of staff who are are always on hand with a friendly smile and willingness to help if required. A special mention for Valbona who multi tasks front of house in a very professional manner and goes out of her way to make all guests feel welcome. Also a shout out to Roel & Eldi.... sorry for those I missed ?? All in all a very pleasant 4 night stay....
  • Guest：The hotel we preferred for our Tirana holiday is very centrally located and clean. Staff all speak good English and are helpful in everything, they were all very polite. Rooms have air conditioning, the rooms are spacious and have a balcony. If I would go to Tirana again, it would be the hotel I would choose.

  • Guest：Good centrally located hotel This is a good hotel close to the centre of Tirana. We had a good room and it was spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The location meant that we could explore Tirana on foot and walk easy to some good restaurants and bars. Generally a good stay - the room was advertised as “with balcony” - pushing the edges of a description as firstly we could find it and eventually it was just off the shower - strange - no furniture and next to the air conditioning units overlooking a wall! So not really a balcony then! Secondly the safe did not work and despite being promised it would be fixed it wasn’t - just tell the truth! Still a good hotel with good staff close to the centre - and yes I would use again.
