Guest：Welcoming staff. Comfortable, relaxing room and pool area.
Guest：From the moment you step foot through the main entrance to the hidden paradise of the Santa Teresa Hotel you are made to feel most welcome. The staff are lovely. Our room was gorgeous. The food delicious. And the view! Wow!
Guest：1. Terrible bathroom - ridiculous design and unsafe, plus the shower controls were awful. 2. No 110v power - the hotel provided a transformer which gave me an electric shock. 3. No elevator 4. The summing pool area was unusable as the floor was being replaced - ok I get that / but no notice given beforehand or discount offered 5. Dinner was very average at best This hotel is exclusive and expensive - it should have been better
Guest：Staff was fantastic, great suggestions for what to do. Was a little disappointed with my room. I thought I’d paid for a balcony but got a patio instead so not much of a view. Beautiful property, food is excellent, I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great alternative to the beach. Lots of character and charm.
