Guest：A wonderful residence and staffed by wonderful people. Easily placed to access the slopes of Serre Chevalier and with the option of underground parking it makes life in the winter so much easier.
Guest：Holiday booked with Crystal Ski. The location of the L’Adret is perfect- few minutes walk into Chantemerle and also on a main bus route. We have done ski in/out previously but for the last few holidays we have used ski lockers within the ski rental shop. The L’Adret is perfect for this- very close to a selection of ski rental shops which are right next to the gondola and chairlift. It is also very close to a bus stop which has a regular service (Ligne 6) through the valley of Serre Chevalier and its numerous villages. We visited Briancon and also the Grand Bains in Monitier- very interesting! We chose the L’Adret as we are a family of 5 and would prefer two rooms- we had a very good size double room with kitchenette and a double room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The L’Adret is very clean with good sized rooms. Perfect amount of crockery etc a big sauce pan and even a European plug convertor. You are provided with bed linen, one hand towel and quite small bath towel per person. Any extra towels are 10 euros per person. WiFi was not great but this wasn’t really an issue. The pool and sauna are ok but can get a bit busy- we were also reluctant to use our towel ration! Although L’Adret is on the main road it is very quiet. The staff are only present for a few hours a day but they were very helpful. Welcome drinks were provided and a short introduction to the area was provided, Nathan was particularly helpful. Overall we had a fantastic week in Chantemerle and would highly recommend the L’Adret- it may be a little basic but it is very clean, big comfortable beds and everything required for those looking to self cater but also eat out. Particularly recommend Le Loup Blanc for food and Ski Set for ski rental.
