  • Guest：Fantastic central location in the heart of Puno, overlooking pedestrian-only street. Excellent front of house service. Standard hotel buffet breakfast for Peru, and when we notified reception of our early checkout (before breakfast service commenced) they kindly offered to provide a takeaway breakfast pack, which very good. Well appointed rooms with comfy bed, and lovely bathroom (with bath) with consistent hot water. One very minor criticism: Cleaning is minimalist - bed, towels, toilet paper, bins. Used glasses (eg for wine, for brushing teeth) not replaced, but also no dishwashing items to clean them ourselves. Went out 9am one morning and returned mid-afternoon for siesta but room not cleaned. But overall not a big deal.

  • Guest：We were on a tour and stayed here Friday and Saturday night. The hotel needs to invest in double glazed windows. The noise all night was terrible. No one on the tour got more than a couple of hours sleep. Also the rooms are small and not practical. The positive is the view from the dining room and bar, and the staff are great.
  • Guest：To take shower there was not enough hot water
