Guest：Fomos muito bem tratados desde a chegada até nossa saída do hotel , café da manh? maravilhoso todos os dias . Estrutura do hotel maior boa , quartas limpos e bem arejado
Guest：It’s an alright hotel, the reception service was very polite and helpful. I would say that the pros of staying at the Portal Ville were the pool and bar area, the leisure space (has two jacuzzis and a pool table), the breakfast was nothing crazy but it was good and how neat and clean the room was. The Standard room was nothing special as well, just two single beds made into one and three pillows. The room does not come with an iron for clothes. The cons of staying here were the weak Wi-Fi and data service signal, its distance from the beach here in Mundiai (about 3-4 blocks) thus the wait time to get an Uber can take more than ten minutes.
