  • Guest：We had a lovely time in Pine Hill Lodge. The room was very nice with a wonderful king size bed. The shower was the best I‘ve had in New Zealand up to now! The Lodge is situated between vineyards, ca. 3 minutes driving from the beach, In about half an hour you are in Kaiteriteri, one of the entry points to explore the Abel Tasman national Park. In Mapua, about 4 km from Ruby Bay, you‘ll find a nice selection of little restaurants and bars. All in all we had a most enjoyable time in Pine Hill Lodge!
  • Guest：We had an amazing stay in early May as part of our tour around New Zealand. This was one of the highlights of our trip as Jeanette and Paul are so amazingly welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our trip special and memorable. We stayed on their beautiful vineyard in such a tranquil area and felt instantly at home. We particularly enjoyed the home made breakfast and Paul’s delicious home made baked must be tasted to be believed! We would 100% recommend a stay with Jeanette and Paul when you are in the area, you’ll be delighted you did.
  • Guest：The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. It's quietly located in the vineyards, yet you can still quickly get to the village to visit a restaurant or wine bar or start excursions in the surrounding area. Jeannette and Paul were wonderful hosts. They took plenty of time to answer our questions and gave us great tips for excursions. It was an all-around wonderful stay, and if we're ever in New Zealand again, we'll be back. Annika & Reinhard
  • Guest：We stayed 3 lovely nights at the Pine Hill lodge. We felt very welcome with Jeanette and Paul. The house and our room were beautiful and very very clean. They provided us every morning with a delicious breakfast exactly at the time we wanted it. The property is surrounded by their vineyard and lovely green hills is in a magnificent setting. A couple of kilometers away you can dine or lunch at Mapua wharf and make a choice out of some fine restaurants. By car you can easily visit the Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson. We often think back with pleasure of our lovely stay in Ruby Bay with Jeanette and Paul and recommend everybody to stay a couple of days with them.
