  • Guest：Hotel is ok. Very good location, walking distance to the charming town of Santa Maria. The food was okay, with enough variety, although the scrambled eggs could be better. They make omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs, but you have to wait in line. The employees are generally nice, although in the restaurant I had two situations where a member of staff almost bumped into me with a stroller. They drive between aisles and you have to give way to them, otherwise they may run over you. Some of the drinks in the bar are very good, I especially recommend the Caipirinha. Wide beach, nice-colored sand. Some sunbeds are slightly worn and dented, but this is a minor problem, there are better ones by the pool. The deckchair parasol fulfills its function, which is very important when there is so much sunlight, it has an interesting structure made of sticks - you have to be careful because you can hit your head. There is a lifeguard on the beach, but he looks at his cell phone almost all the time, the waves in the ocean are very strong and if someone starts to drown, he will probably only have himself to rely on. The water has a beautiful color and is very clear. Only one swimming pool for adults + one for children, but it has everything you need. Both the beach and the pool have their own bar serving drinks, and snacks are also available near the pool. The room was fine, large enough, the air conditioning worked, there was always hot water in the bathroom. In my opinion, the animations are not very varied, tourists from Italy have a separate animation team and sports facilities especially for them, which may make guests from other countries feel discriminated against.
  • Guest：We had very pleasent stay. Hotel is located just beside beach and city. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was ok. We had a suite with seaview and it was great. Althought clean and tidy hotel. Plenty of sunbeds both at the pool and ocean side.
  • Guest：We have returned to Oasis Salinas, this Easter, from March 19th up to March 26th. Room nr. 2056, a family room (for 2 ADLT + 2 CHD) with a partial ocean view. We had some German Friends joining us on the 20th. This was our 4th time in the Oasis Group in Sal. We noticed some add ons since our last visit. The major one was the beach bar / restaurant. Las time we had some frigo bars close hand with drinks and this was it! The food is good for an AI namely at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is simple but acceptable. Drinks are OK. We found the employees to be nice and kind, particularly those at the front desk and from the animation team. Lindsay was very nice, courteous and professional. She became friends w/our daughter. :) The beach at Oasis Salinas close to the pier is the best. The location is top. The colors and the water temperature!... so nice. We will definitely return, special during Easter time, March or April. Proves to be a fantastic beach break, less than 5 hours’ flight from Lisbon, with a balanced cost-benefit. Once again, we felt at home. Thank you, Oasis Group, for another memorable stay!
