Guest：great 3 night stay in gorgeous weather. such great place to get everywhere you need to in minutes . lovely and peaceful guest house. lovely and spotless fresh room with a delicious breakfast great options beautiful plants in the front garden make it stand out linda fabulous host look forward to third visit in future
Guest：We had a pleasant greeting on arrival. Rooms are very clean with plenty of storage. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Would definitely return and adults only was perfect for us.

Guest：Have just come back from a 3 night break with a friend. on arrival we were greeted by Gaynor who gave us a choice of room, we chose the suite at the top of the hotel, which was spacious, clean and comfortable, lovely large white towels, hairdryer,tea and coffee making facilities. two settees, flat screen tv, really nice.Breakfast was served by Linda who we got on well with, having a banter. Breakfast was superb, choice of lovely fresh fruit, raspberries, cherries,blueberries to name just a few.Cereals, yoghurt. Back bacon, free range eggs and as many extras as you wanted, followed by toast. We left the table each day full to the brim. Cannot fault anything, a fantastic break will certainly return if Gaynor and Linda will have us. LLandudno is such a lovely town.
