  • Guest：Came here with my siblings and cousins. I had an amazing experience while staying here for a whole week. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were super clean. The view was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The restaurant food was great. It was buffet but they had a variety of healthy options. Most importantly price was very reasonable for the stay and the food and the service. We will definitely been back next year again. I would also like to specially thank Irene Hartofilakas who was a receptionist at the front desk. She went above and beyond to welcome us. She was super helpful. Every time I had a question or needed assistance from directions to getting towels for the beach. She was there to answer all my questions. A big 5 start rating for her alone! Thank you Irene! You were amazing once again! See you guys Next year again! Karpathos ??
  • Guest：Our third visit. Beautiful and well-maintained hotel, nice location. Our suite with private pool was perfect and spotlessly clean. Each evening, the restaurant highlights a different country or cuisine, and this theme repeats weekly. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing we noticed is that many Greek staff members have now been replaced by Balinese staff, which slightly diminishes the authentic Greek atmosphere. Fortunately, Panagiotis was still at the main bar — offering fast service, great cocktails, and enjoyable conversations. Panagiotis is the best!
  • Guest：Let me start by saying this hotel doesn’t quite deserve its 5-star rating—4 stars would be more accurate. It’s the largest hotel on Karpathos and comes with all the facilities you’d expect. However, it’s very much geared toward Italian guests, with around 80% of visitors coming from Italy. ? Breakfast: 07:30–10:30 ? Dinner: 19:00–21:30 The hotel has its own private beach, where parasols and sunbeds are free of charge. Availability isn’t an issue—they’re almost always empty. The reason? The relentless Meltemi winds, which I seriously underestimated when booking my week-long stay. Swimming in the sea under these conditions is nearly impossible. For non-guests, renting a parasol and two sunbeds costs €20. I didn’t make use of the hotel’s pools, as I preferred searching for smaller, sheltered bays where the wind wasn’t as overpowering. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with plenty of variety at dinner. The only downside was the cost of bottled water—€4.50 for a liter. In my opinion, Karpathos is a destination you visit only once. The constant Meltemi winds make it hard to fully enjoy, and I won’t be returning. For me, it’s simply not a sustainable holiday spot. So, no more Karpathos for me.
