Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a huge food variety. We could upgrade to a bigger room and they made everything possible for us. The hotel overall was not that crowded and we had a relaxing stay. Rooms were also clean and modern!
We have just returned from this wonderful hotel, it was recommended by our daughter who was here in May, we booked last minute as we had a week off. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. The room was very nice room 101, Housekeeping would service the room every day if needed. The balcony was great with sunbeds and tables and chairs, a real suntrap! 2 points, the pillows not great to be honest I guess I could have asked them to be changed but didn't so my fault! Second issue , is the shower, every time we used it the floor became very wet which was a little slippery we ended up with water on the floor around the toilet may I suggest a mat of some sort. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and a great choice was offered, The staff in the restaurant were very attentive . The pool area is very nice, a lovely pool and Spa., which we used many times. Bar food at lunchtime was a little bit lacking we sent back food on 2 occasions, meat undercooked and choice was not replicated as per description on menus, was dealt with in a very professional manner. We were being picked up at 3.30 in morning but hotel provided coffee and a sandwich for us which was perfect many thanks. I would highly recommend and return again to this lovely hotel Thank you for a lovely stay your staff are a reflection of how brilliant it is to stay.
Visited here for 4 nights as a group of 3 friends. We were greeted really warmly on arrival and given all the necessary info. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The pool area and outside grounds are so peaceful and clean. The guests weren’t super loud, and although it attracts older guests, there was a range of ages there. The staff are so attentive, they come round to the pool to take drink orders, always smiling and happy to help with everything. Location wise, it’s a 2 min walk to the beach and other bars/restaurants/shops. Again, it’s nice and quiet yet busy in the evenings. The only slight negatives for me was the buffet food. I don’t feel like there were a lot of options, and the quality wasn’t amazing, however that’s my personal opinion and I’m sure a lot of people would love the food options. I would’ve loved more selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and desserts. My friend had a dairy allergy and she could not eat any dessert, only fruit, so it would be nice for a vegan friendly dessert option. However, the staff did walk my friend around and show her what she could eat each day, so she was well looked after. Overall, it was a really peaceful and relaxing stay, and I definitely recommend!
Meine Frau und ich haben fünf Tage im JS Yate verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt und modern eingerichtet und verfügte über eine Minibar, in der wir unsere im Supermarkt gekauften Getr?nke gekühlt haben. Housekeeping hat t?glich unser Zimmer gereinigt und aufger?umt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Dinner Buffet war hochwertig und abwechslungsreich. Das komplette Personal von Service und Rezeption war freundlich, zuvorkommend und absolut professionell . Wir hatten zwei Tage ein Mietwagen und haben diesen auf einem gro?en ?ffentlichen Parkplatz circa 150 m entfernt vom Hotel geparkt. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder uneingeschr?nkt empfehlen.
Really nice modern hotel ,2mins from the beach ,next to shops. Staff friendly,food , decent. Was there first week in April ,room cold and the balcony shadowed ,still early on in the season so could be that , Lunch menu good ,but inconsistent with the food as in couple of items came out cold ,prices good ,best milkshakes . Would definitely recommend .
Stayed here early April 2025 on 4th Floor (booked high floor room). I chose it as like the JS Hotels having stayed in multiple other JS Hotels. This one was the only one open in early April in Can Picafort. Visited mainly for cycling, and found it to be a perfect base for this, there is a secure bike storage facility on site. Hotel reception were super friendly and helpful. On my trip it was quite busy, mostly German guests, which gave me good reason to practice my German :-) The Room and Hotel was super clean. Hotel is close to the beach, and within walking distance of Muro beach, bus stop is a few minutes walk away with frequent buses to Alcudia (number 324) Hotel room nice, clean, quiet, very comfy beds and pillows, food choice and quality also good with enough variety. Mealtimes could get very busy, would recommend going early. My room overlooking pool didn't get the sun on the balcony but that was not an issue as I am not a sunbather. Room was serviced early each day. Spa Facilities including Sauna and Jacuzzi also good although couldn't get the steam room to work/didn't see anyone else using it. Overall I definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Can Picafort and would certainly stay here again
Хороший отель, тихий. Рядом море, достался номер с видом на закат и солнечную сторону. кровати жесткие - надо привыкать. Душ тесноват, а так все отлично. Ужины очень вкусные и разнообразные.
