Guest：This was a second "experience" with Michaela, Karolina and the entire superb team. 'Experience' aptly describes a stay at Rosa because there is an aura and an esprit that embody guest comfort and commitment to exceed expectations. Four years to the day we settled into the same spacious room (9), which afforded a world-class, stunning view of the Dolomites massif towering over the lovely town of Alpe di Siusi. It's Monument Valley Italian style. Yes...that good. The dining was (happily) the same - overly ample, farm to table fresh, served by a top-notch staff. Kudos to Peter, Lukas, Danieli and the entire kitchen staff. As a surprise I arranged one of our dinners in Rosa's "space capsule" - you have to see to believe - for the ultimate in private dining. (Note: There is a $urplus to go galatic but in the "once one a lifetime" vein....what the heck! Rosa is the spa aficionado's nirvana, the hiker's heaven, the skier's powdery paradise. Plus for the imbiber it boasts one of the darkest/coolest bars anywhere. Four years on the Team at Hotel Rosa have been able to maintain a consistency of "Guest...first and foremost."

From the welcome to the goodbye a week later, the Rosa exceeded our expectations again and again in very way. Everyone was gracious and helpful, perhaps none more so than Chef Alberto, who with his team produced and served a level of food quality we’ve not seen in a long time in a hotel. He attended to my wife’s food allergies personally in such an outstanding way that he alone made the trip worthwhile. An amazing hotel worthy of the highest of ratings.

The food is excellent, and after a day of skiing in the almost always sunny Alpe di Susi, this is a perfect place to enjoy the Indoor and Infinity pool, as well as the Jacuzzi with a great view of the mountain "Schlern." The hotel is great for adults as well as families.
