  • Guest：Though breakfast was not included when I got the property even though it was an option I added prior to booking the place - I still rate 5 stars due to its super cleanliness, amazing staff especially Angela who gave me and my son a smile. The housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our rooms super clean. I will definitely and highly recommend this place. And to top it off, it’s close to the trains and walkable to cathedral ??

  • Guest：The staff was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous, and if you needed something, they went out of their way to make sure you got it. I highly recommend the hotel. The only negative thing I would say would be the parking because of course you’re in the center of the city, but they do have a 24 hour parking garage about 500 m away which cost 25 euro a day.
  • Guest：A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina.
