Guest：The entire staff was fantastic. Genuinely friendly & helpful. Location & service can’t by beat - on the beach, lovely setting & view, not crowded or loud, comfortable, yummy adjoining restaurant plus dining & shopping walkable. Only drawback was no pool & the beach had a lot of seaweed, but one staff worked tirelessly to remove it & a common problem for all of the Yucatán. Without being asked, they made my daughter’s 16th birthday extra special! Would return in a heartbeat.
Guest：I loved this place. I stayed here before going to a retreat and it was exactly what I needed. I stayed in the superior double room. I had a view of the ocean & steps from the ocean. There is a small private beach but because of the seaweed wasn’t swimmable. There’s access to a public beach a short walk away and I swam there . The food was amazing , the breakfast was included and there were many options for breakfast. If you’re looking for quiet this place is it. I went to sleep with the sound of the ocean which was very relaxing. The Staff was always friendly and helpful, Nayeli was lovely and always very helpful. Will definitely return!
Guest：If opening up your door and being right on the beach is your thing, than you’ll love this place. The room was spotless and our one meal at the restaurant was superb. The sole drawback was the constant winds. The ocean was just too choppy to ever enjoy a swim.
Guest：This beautiful property is right on the water in the northern Tulum beach area. Convenient to coffee shops and restaurants, bike rentals to explore the area - the ruins and main Tulum beach area just south of here. The manager was amazing and so professional. Top notch experience.
