Guest：No frill hotel. Not the cleanest or friendliest customer service. Only good for 1,2 nights stay.
Guest：The room was decent but not very clean; it smelled like smoke, and the hot water didn't work in the shower, but it worked in a pinch.
Guest：Parking was extremely tight. It was easy to have a fender bender. In order to get into and out of a spot I would have to back up and move forward 5 or 6 times. Parking was extremely limited on the street. Room was extremely small. Bathroom was adequate. Our tv did not work. We did not have it available for 1 night. A worker fixed it the following day.
Guest：Parking was directly in front of the hotel. Convenient. The lobby was ice cold. I had to walk around looking for the front desk person as he was talking to another employee in a hall off the main hall, but he was very friendly and efficient once he started the check-in process. The room key card didn't work well, and after my guest and I both had trouble getting back into the room numerous times, I had to go down to the front desk for a replacement key. The room was small, the shower took 8-10 minutes of running to get hot, and there were no hooks in the room to hang anything. Very strange setup.
