  • Guest：Un h?tel extrêmement bien placé et doté d’un personnel à l’écoute, réactif et très agréable. Par contre cet h?tel souffre de nombreux dysfonctionnement: - La clim qui n’est pas mise en route début mai, les chambre sont toujours sous le système de chauffage. Il semble qu’une seule chambre à une clim indépendante, toutes les autres fonctionnent toutes ensemble soit en mode clim soit en mode chauffage. Un technicien doit venir pour faire la manipulation chaque saison… - La télévision qui est sur le wifi et qui ne fonctionne vraiment pas très bien. - Le jardin et la piscine sont entretenaient au minimum, c’est dommage ?a pourrait être vraiment plus mignon. - Pas de restaurant à certaine date et surtout pas de bar pour profiter de l’extérieur. Ces dernier fonctionnent qu’à partir de mi mai Je recommande toutefois l’h?tel pour son emplacement et sont personnel. Il vaut parfois mieux être un bon 3 étoiles qu’un mauvais 4 étoiles. Un client informé serait moins dommageable.
  • Guest：Came here for 4 days at the start of June as we were attending a wedding in nearby St Etienne du Gres. We had a Horizon room which was stunning overlooking the beautiful gardens up to the distant Alpilles. Breakfast was wonderful. Great choice and very high quality produce. Peaceful yet right in the heart of St Remy. All staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel booked taxis for us to attend the wedding and travel to Nimes for the train to our next stop Girona. One of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you...
  • Guest：Both the pre- visit and actual visit efficiency, hospitality and warmth of the front desk staff was outstanding. The room was a “10” with the beautiful tree house and view. William anticipated every conceivable need and will undoubtedly be a head concierge should he continue in the hospitality profession. Each of the front desk people was helpful with our dinner arrangements prior to our arrival. We will most certainly return to this establishment. Miriam & Jud Ebersman
  • Guest：Un h?tel sympa, personnel aux petits soins. Quand nous sommes passés, tous les services n’étaient pas opérationnels, et il faisait trop froid pour go?ter à la superbe piscine en plein air (non chauffée). La grande salle (ex-salle de cinéma) pourrait être mieux mise en valeur : du potentiel, comme on dit ! Mais en l’état, pas s?r que nous y reviendrions.
