  • Guest：What a great spot! The views and pool as well as our beautiful room with a large patio were all exceptional! We had a great stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Although there is a shuttle to town, the walk to the beach is worth doing. It is a bit far but kind of part of the adventure of being in the jungle. Highly recommend!
  • Guest：View from room, restaurant, lounge, and pools were consistently beautiful. Room was minimalist in style but very clean (few ants and other small bugs but to be expected in this area) and the hammock on patio was a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner were excellent! Wildlife was abundant (monkeys, coatimundi, red squirrels, and iguanas). Beaches were a bit of a walk to get to and, honestly, not that great.
  • Guest：First, we arrived by car and the road leading to Lagarta Lodge was rough to navigate, but once we arrived we were thrilled. Daniel greeted us in the lobby with a special drink and a hot moist cloth to was our hands. Our room had a panoramic view of the ocean and sunset. Our balcony was furnished with chairs, a table and a hammock. There were 3 infinity pools (one with a bar and one was a hot tub). Dining on site while watching the sunset was nothing short of remarkable. There was a complimentary shuttle that could take you in and out of Nosara. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach and the easy walk along the extended, sandy beach was very enjoyable. Staff were very prompt and attentive.
