  • Guest：Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good. Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order. Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair.
  • Guest：I have recently returned to Mercure Medias, a hotel that I have visited many times since 2021. I can once again confirm that it is an excellent hotel, with high-quality accommodation, a good restaurant and a spectacular heated swimming pool. I have stayed in the "Fiore" Suite, which provides ample space and all amenities. I also had dinner in the restaurant and was offered a glass of champagne, due to a special event. Such a nice gesture. I once again appreciated the friendliness and positive attitude from all the personnel. Special thanks to Ms. Rebeca N., who has personally taken care of my preferences. Will be back soon!
