Guest：Room overlooking the beautiful Selva slopes, wonderful food (all five courses), amazing pool/gym/spa and the staff lovely. Susy runs a tight ship and her team follow her lead (special mention to Sergio, Fabio and Sener). Nothing is too much trouble. No wonder so many return year after year. We will be back! Guest：We are lucky enough to travel lots and have stayed in some fabulous places - including this one. Everything about this hotel was amazing. This biggest plus of course has to be the staff. So friendly, hard working, efficient and warm. The spa is amazing and the food was delicious. If you didn’t quite fancy what was on the menu that evening they were happy to prepare something else you fancied. The gala event on NY Eve was incredibly well organised and ran like clockwork. I can’t rate this place highly enough and would give 6 ****** stars if I could!!!! Thank you to everyone at the Aaritz
Guest：This hotel is almost too good to review - we want to keep it to ourselves! With a perfect location, literally across the street from the gondola taking you up to the Ciampinoi, it is also a beautifully appointed hotel that makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff and the quality of the food. We felt at home and well taken care of much over our (high) expectations. I don’t know the history of the hotel, but it feels like a family business, where the staff and ownership come together to make every guest feel welcomed. It is a four star hotel, but in my eyes it surpasses many five star hotels! Thank you for our stay!
Guest：Just back from a fabulous week in this hotel. Extremely welcoming staff, immaculate presentation, perfect location and the breakfast were excellent. The bedrooms are very modern & stylish with wonderfully comfortable beds whilst the public areas have more traditional touches. The bedrooms are very well appointed and clearly very well thought out when being designed eg automatic interior lights in wardrobe. Very easy to use safe located in room too. Suzy, the lovely owner, runs a well oiled machine. Her team of staff know clearly what’s expected of them and there is almost a’family’ feel to the hotel. Waiters and cleaners alike were chatty and friendly. Will definitely return!
