  • Guest：To start the villas are spacious and well equipped. Negatives are the hill too and from the town are super steep. The pool was full of groups and slightly uncomfortable to be around with blaring music and loud conversations. The pool bar closes at 3.30pm and no one around to supervise the guests. There is loud music played from multiple parties around the villas from 11pm onwards . With security only contactable when you go down to the hut and the phones in the villas not working. The security guard only takes reference to who’s making the noise and not to tell them to turn down the volume. Our stay was not overly pleasant and we needed to be off the grounds almost all the time. Would not stay here again.
  • Guest：Staff are absolutely amazing people, very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would particularly like to mention Andre Santo and his team. The complex is kept clean and tidy, villas are serviced daily and the pool is a great place to spend time swimming and sunbathing.
  • Guest：We were very happy with our stay at Hello Villas. The villa was as advertised and the location was only about a 15 minute walk down hill into the town of Carvoeiro. There is a hill when walking back up from the town, but unless you stay in the middle of town you can't avoid it. A suggestion would be to provide some instructions for some of the appliances eg. the washing machine.
  • Guest：Fantastic stay in Hello Villas. Great accommodation, facilities and staff. Very central location, only a 10 minute walk to the main square. The pool area is excellent, loads of space and plenty of loungers. Poolside bar was great. We will be back for sure.
