Excellent hotel and staff I had a wonderful stay at the HB Xalapa. The staff was very friendly and professional. Despite being next to a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was amazing! I really slept well in and the room itself was well apportioned. The only reason I did not give top marks was because the WiFi was poor - I could not a consistent and stable connection and had to use data on my phone and give up trying to use my computer. For such a lovely hotel, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but other than those 2 things I was very satisfied with my stay.
