  • Guest：Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Mooie ruime kamers die dagelijks netjes onderhouden worden. Goede keuken en super vriendelijk personeel. Voor de wijnliefhebbers is er een grote keuze uit verschillende topwijnen, al hangt hier wel een €€ prijskaartje aan...Een goede fles wijn tussen de €40 en €50, tijdens het avondmaal, zou een mooi alternatief geweest zijn. Goede ligging, midden in het centrum op amper 200m van de Silvretta gondel. Tot op 100m van het hotel kan men ski?n. Een aanrader voor de skiliefhebber!!
  • Guest：I can not praise the staff and management highly enough. This a superb hotel and more than rated it’s 4????????. From the gourmet food, the amazing facilities and oh so friendly staff (especially Oliver and Emily). I can’t wait to come back here!
  • Guest：great hotel, very clean and comfortable. dinner is at the level of a gourmet restaurant. staff is very helpful and welcoming. great location, just by Silveratta cable car we stayed in 3 different rooms, all were great. enjoyed every day we stayed there and will come back in the future.
  • Guest：unfortunately they charged us some money which they shouldn't. It was about Michelin Restaurant. We had a reservation and we had to cancelled it. They didn't warn us or make a comment when we were doing the reservation nor we cancelled it. Not to miss our plane we had to pay this amount. Overall the location of the hotel is good but the manager changed her attitude to us completely after we rejected the payment. The breakfast was weak and the other restaurants of the hotel was not that good as well. Althought we ate every night at all of their restaurants they charged us unjustly. I will never go again there and i don't recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find a fine or payment without knowing. The workers from Croatia were nice and kind to us. I would like to say thank you to them.
