  • Guest：We booked spontaneously and at the last minute, towards the end of a stay in nearby Meran. Though the Feldhof already came recommended, happily it proved to be a great move for us. The online direct booking process was very easy and later, via the hotel’s online messaging system, we were easily able to change the room type. Their online check-in process was also easy and worth doing. Check-in on the day was then a case of simply being shown to our room. We found parking easily in one of their two large, undercover, car parks. They have some outdoor parking too for larger vehicles. The welcome drinks were a nice touch as was the personal welcome from the family. The look of our Romance Suite matched our expectations, it was just as seen on the website. The website includes 360-degree views of all room types - though not in the booking process itself. Our suite also had the outlook we expected, to the south out over the garden pools. The quality of the furnishings was better that we expected. Great bedding including a vast menu of pillow types. The bathroom was excellent. In fact, the general fitout of the whole room was to five-star plus standard. Our only critical note would be that we personally prefer softer bath and pool towels, but the bathrobes were first class. The sheer extent of the wellness areas, for adults and children alike, both outdoor and indoor, was impressive. The new Adults Only spa area on the top floor was brilliant. We didn’t actually use the vast array of saunas, steam and chillout rooms up there, but Wow!, they looked great. We did use the heated (textile on) infinity pool on the roof and loved it, but it can get a little windy up there at times. We spent most of our time in the general garden area. That there were four large, heated pools there alone was impressive and we tried them all. We were just a couple, but the children’s facilities seemed to be extensive. The kid in me loved the indoor and outdoor water slides. The high standard of Food & Beverage was for us just brilliant. We had taken 3/4 board. Lots of choice at the breakfast and lunch buffets and it was nice to eat those meals outdoors on the restaurant terrace. Those meals also have a chef at a live cooking station for items like omelettes and pasta. At night indoors, the 3/4 board dinner menu choices never failed to impress. F&B Service was first class across the board and our sincere compliments to the kitchen. The resort is in a great location, only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Naturns, highways, bus and train links. There is a large market in the town centre on a Saturday. All in all, the Feldhof is a wonderful, family run, property with second to none attention to detail. Thanks for having us and we will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.
  • Guest：We enjoyed our holiday at Feldhof. If you want a 'worry free' holiday, this is the place to be. There is plenty of things to do for the kids, next to the pools, you have the kids club, every night there is a movie, there are playrooms etc. The new slide was a huge success! If you want more rest, you can go up and enjoy some moments in silence. Love the view on the top. Not only the stay is great, also the people are very friendly, the bed is so comfortable and all the little details make this stay perfect.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses, sehr sch?n angelegter und gepflegter Garten, überaus freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeitende, spannende und sehr gute Menüs, riesige Auswahl an Spitzenweinen, Sportm?glichkeiten und Spa.
