Guest：Very nice cottage stay, equipped with mini kitchen and first floor with 2 bedrooms and one & only bathroom, ground floor with lavish living room kitchen and powder room with modern heating system comfortable beds. Breakfast is with very limited choice and not much selection for sure, can not compare with hotel like Marriott, especially for vegetarian guests. I highly recommend the property.

It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The living area was warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, and were perfect for spending quality time. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring everything was ready for us when we arrived. It’s perfect for families or groups looking for privacy, comfort, and a touch of nature. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to returning someday ??
Guest：Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. The interior of the hotel is somewhat tacky, and especially the cabins have light switches in weird places, partially hard to find. The yard looks great, and is well planned. The spa and saunas are comfortable, although the steps under the water were so sharp from their edges that I accidentally cut the skin of my feet.
Guest：Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.
