Guest：The most wonderful experience at Hotel Cidnay- we booked the Mountain View room which was gorgeous, waking up in the most comfortable bed with that view was perfection. The team were so lovely and helpful, and the hospitality on offer is second to none - you can choose the type of pillow you like and there’s a complimentary tea and biscuit service in the evenings.

Guest：Hotel 25 : the ones who will be allocated to all the rooms just above of the restaurant kitchen : big noises big difficulties to sleep before 11.30 pm. Prepare in advance your ear blockers. Hotel Restaurant sept. 25 : a barrier welcomes you to restaurant entrance. They Will ask you do you have reservation ? And no, you are in a 4 stars hotel. They will tell you because there are 20 people with a reservation and so we have only one "chief" in the kitchen...it will take time, you should go to the bar...Under a bit of unsatisfaction pressure " we would like you to raise a claim because there are problems, it' s not our fault". Sad, very unacceptable situation for me as a customer and for the room service staff (2 people). The good news : the meals are really good ! So : 4 stars ! with a 2 stars feeling ( roomnoise + restau service issue). Advice : management to take action for restau. Question : how do you secure the restau service ? And for reception, any opportunity to avoid max -1 rooms allocations below the kitchen ! Br.
