Guest：Gracias Casa Andina Chincha. Junto con mi familia la pase fenomenal. Gracias a Martin Farias por la buena experiencia que pasamos y su equipo: Jorge Rojas, Jose Luis, Melina, Mayra, Madeleine. Buena atención en el restaurante, aparte la comida muy buena, camareros y personal de mantenimiento. Gracias

Guest：Anthony did an amazing job cleaning our room for our multiple day stay. He left it clean and smelling wonderful. Our teas, sugars, and coffees were always refilled. He always made sure we had new, clean cups. Anthony was absolutely wonderful. He made our stay even better with his professional and eye for detail. Thank you so much Anthony!!
Guest：The service here is terrible, especially from Diana at the front desk. She's better suited to being a prison guard or a government employee than someone who works in hospitality. At check in, she was completely uninterested in assisting us. She was gruff. She was incapable of clearly explaining hotel policies and billing questions. This Casa Andina is a poor representation of the brand. It is structured to be a complete cash grab in such an obvious way that it is repulsive. The prices posted are misleading because there's always a hidden service fee. ?The operator of this hotel is a skinflint. You'll notice how they cheap out. The air conditioning unit in my room was the same model Manco Capac used during the Inca empire. The repairs on the property are done half way always. The bathroom was dated and uncomfortable. There was dust mask under the bed.? Reservations are required for the campfire for whatever reason. You're not allowed to eat there, either. Really bizarre policies that are senseless. I would be embarrassed by this property if I was corporate.
